Refund Eligibility

- For service-based projects (such as development, marketing, or consulting), concerns must be reported within 5 business days of the project start date.

Service Guidelines

- iTitans is not responsible for SEO performance, traffic fluctuations, or ranking changes unless SEO services are specifically purchased.
- We are not liable for performance issues caused by third-party plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or external software integrations.
- If clients provide content, images, branding materials, or code, iTitans is not responsible for copyright violations or legal claims associated with those materials.
- Optimization services such as image optimization, speed optimization, or performance tuning are only included if specifically agreed upon in the service package.
- We cannot guarantee full compatibility on all devices with unusual screen sizes, outdated browsers, or unsupported technologies.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:
- Work has already been completed or substantially delivered.
- The project delay or issue was caused by lack of communication, missing materials, or delayed feedback from the client.
- The service has already been approved, launched, or deployed.
- Custom development work that has already been started.
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences rather than agreed project scope.
Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
